Shipping and Returns

Our orders are delivered by CTT to the address you give. The CTT courier may need to contact you if there is any difficulty in finding the address. They may also contact you if you arrive at the indicated address and there is no one there to receive your order.

After the purchase a link is sent to you by sms or email so that you can track your order.
Shipping costs are free for orders over 25 euros within Continental Portugal.
For the autonomous regions of Portugal and other countries of the European Union, shipping costs are included starting at 70 euros.
The delivery time for mainland Portugal varies between 24H and 72H depending on the delivery area. For the islands the time varies between 4 to 7 days.
The orders already paid for shipping in Portugal, returned due to the provision of an insufficient/incorrect delivery address or the unavailability to receive after contact by CTT Expresso service, are subject to an additional charge of €5, depending on the weight of the package, for reshipping the order, paid through the modalities of ATM Reference, MBWay or Bank Transfer.
For orders already paid for international shipping (whether free or paid), returned for not picking up in time (after exceeding the deadline for picking up by the post office in your area of residence), or for having provided an insufficient/incorrect delivery address, are subject to an additional charge of between €7.5 to €25, depending on the weight of the package, for re-sending the order, paid by Bank Transfer

By ordering from WeedZone, the customer will be accepting all of the delivery conditions contained in this document, including any failure to comply with the above.

RETURN POLICY

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

According to Decree Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, the customer has the right to cancel the contract within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the order, taking into account that:

We will only accept exchanges/returns of products ordered online up to 14 days after the date of receipt of the order, as described in the legislation governing this sector. Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice, manuals, accessories and intact original packaging and any associated offers, as sold and sent to the customer. All returned products must be sealed and the package unopened.

The period for exercising the right of free withdrawal expires 14 days from the day after the day on which the customer or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.

In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent to WeedZone before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

SECTION 2 - PROMOTIONAL PACKS

The customer should note that if the product to be returned has been purchased as part of a promotional campaign and therefore has benefited from an offer with the product, it will also have to be returned.

You can only return a product pack in its entirety.

SECTION 3 - RIGHT TO EXCHANGE/NEW SHIPMENT

In case of damaged product (or any missing accessory) that occurred during the delivery of the order to the customer, the complaint must be reported to WeedZone within a maximum of 48 hours so that the insurance will be activated. After this deadline, no claims will be accepted. If the customer accepts the order and it is in bad condition, you should always mention on the delivery note that it was damaged and if you do not do so the responsibility will be borne by the customer.

If the product ordered is damaged, we will collect it at no cost to the customer, if the request has been reported via email to encomendas.weedzone@gmail.com or through the contact form available on our website, within 48 hours after receiving the product. If the product damage does not occur, the collection and return postage for the customer will be at your expense.

SECTION 4 - DISCLAIMER

We are exempt from any liability for orders that are held or seized for any reason whatsoever.
